Deposits for Confirmation of appointment
During the booking of your first session, a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will be required for confirmation.
*If session is made 48 hrs or more in advance, the deposit is 50% of session total.
*If less than 48 hours, the FULL amount will be required.
We will not schedule ANY New Client without a deposit

Due to Inclement Weather and Client is from OUT-OF-STATE.
The therapist has to cancel with no agreement on rescheduling date/ time.
Upon booking your session, you will be emailed a General Intake Form as well as other needed forms per what session/service you will be receiving.
We ask that the person who is actually receiving the session be the one to complete the form, unless the client is a minor (under 18 yr old- then the legal guardian should complete form.)
We also ask that these forms be 100% completed as accurately as possible with no missing information. (Including emergency contract and Date of Birth)
If there is missing information, the therapist may require the client to fill in any missing information prior to session starting.
Clients who knowingly fail to give accurate medical information, will either be asked to complete another form or have their session terminated without a refund.
Therapists need accurate personal and medical information in order to make a proper treatment plan and session goals both long and short term.
Cancellation/ Inclement Weather
We respectfully ask that you provide a 48-hr notice of any schedule change or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing adequate notice, we are unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your therapist and also means that other clients miss out of the chance to receive services they need. For this reason, any deposited amount given is non-refundable. If no deposit was taken, your card on file will be charged the FULL amount of your missed session.
Inclement weather may result in the need for late cancellation. We will do our best to give as much advanced notice as possible if we are closing or need to cancel do to bad weather. We as that you do the same. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
We ask all clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. This is to allow proper time for your foot soak, and to go over the intake form with you, questions if need to ask, session goals etc with you prior to the beginning of your session.
We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if this ever occurs so that we can do our best to accomodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your massage so that your session ends ar the scheduled time. Full Service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival.
In return, we will do our best to be on time. If we are unable to do so, we will add time to your session to make up for our late arrival or adjust the service charge accordingly.
No Show Policy
* Upon being a NO-SHOW”,
— Any remaining amount for service, that the deposit, does not cover will be charged as well. (For example, upon booking, you were only asked to pay 50% of service, the remaining 50% is still due and therefore will be charged.
–Failure to pay amount now due, will result in no longer being allowed to schedule future sessions until paid.
Inappropriate Behavior Policy
Massage therapy is for the relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited, we may also file a report with the local authorities, if necessary.
Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
